entering Grades 3 thru 6 @ Goddard USD 265

Football Teams: (1 or more each) 3rd,
4th, 5th & 6th Grades

Cheer
Squads: (1) squad for each football grade level
(3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th)

Who will Squads cheer for?
They will cheer for their own grade level team.

Cheer
Uniform: Each athlete will have a cheerleading
uniform.

Open Signups: Each Individual that
signs-up will have a place on a team or squad
·
Deadline for Signup: May 10, 2008 /
NO EXCEPTIONS

Competitive Football: Full Contact
Tackle / Physicals are required prior to first practice

Cheer
Physical: A Physician signed Copy of a Physical
Examination Required

Identification Requirements: Copy of
Birth Certificate is required prior to first practice

Travel: These Teams will travel to
other local area towns (5 or more games)
·
Transportation: Each individual must
provide own transportation
·
Home Games: Held in Goddard (1 or more
games)
·
Costs: Available at Sign-Up Session
